Our Balsamico di Modena is made by a third generation producer according to the strict EU laws of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and (Indication géographique protégée).

Density is crucial to understanding premium balsamic. As a rule of thumb, the lower the density, the more acidity on the palate. The higher the density, the stickier and sweeter. Perfect for mixing with our Extra Virgin Olive Oils for a delicious dip or even make your own tasty marinades.
