A versatile hard Italian cheese that blends well with other ingredients thanks to its light grainy texture. Ours contains some crystalline crunch, has a gentle acidic tang and faint fruity aromas, and a mild to full flavour with a hint of sweetness. Great to use on pizzas, risottos and salads.
Founded at the end of the 19th century, the supplier, Zanetti, has over a century of experience in cheese, continuing to respect the traditions of the region of cheese making.
