Dried Umbrian Chickpeas
These chickpeas are from Castelluccio di Norcia - at about 4,500 ft above sea level inside the park of Monti Sibillini, located between the regions of the Marche and Umbria.They are packed full of protein and are an excellent addition to any meal.
- Add to a salad
- Use in a vegetarian curry with some of our Apricot Harissa
- Blend with our tahini to make hummus.
