In 2012, our Preserved Lemons won 3 Great Taste stars from the Guild of Fine Foods, a coveted accolade awarded to fewer than 2 in every 100 entries (1.41% achieved the highest score in 2016).
They are a traditional ingredient in North African cuisine, used to add a subtle yet distinctive citrus note to tagines and relishes.
