7 Ingredient Margherita Pizza

A great recipe for all the family and only 7 ingredients needed. This recipe can also be adapted and added to, with more toppings or trying different varieties of Belazu pesto.
Ingredients

1 cup self raising flour 1 cup plain greek style yogurt 2 tbsp Belazu Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto 1 pack of mozzarella Hand full of cherry tomatoes (halved) 1 tsp dried basil 1 tbsp Belazu Early Harvest Olive Oil
Method
- Step 0: Combine the yoghurt and flour together until you have a dough.
- Step 1: Knead the dough a little for the mixture to fully combine.
- Step 2: Using a rolling pin, roll out your dough into a rough circle.
- Step 3: Using the back of a spoon, spread the Belazu Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto onto the base of the pizza.
- Step 4: Tear or slice the mozzarella, and place on top of the pizza.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes and dried basil, and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Step 6: Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 250°C
