Ingredients

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup plain greek style yogurt
2 tbsp Belazu Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto 
1 pack of mozzarella
Hand full of cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp Belazu Early Harvest Olive Oil 

Ingredients

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup plain greek style yogurt
2 tbsp Belazu Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto 
1 pack of mozzarella
Hand full of cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp Belazu Early Harvest Olive Oil 

Method

1. Combine the yoghurt and flour together until you have a dough.
2. Knead the dough a little for the mixture to fully combine.
3. Using a rolling pin, roll out your dough into a rough circle.
4. Using the back of a spoon, spread the Belazu Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto onto the base of the pizza.
5. Tear or slice the mozzarella, and place on top of the pizza.
6. Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes and dried basil, and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.
7. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 250°C
