7 Ingredient Margherita Pizza
A great recipe for all the family and only 7 ingredients needed. This recipe can also be adapted and added to, with more toppings or trying different varieties of Belazu pesto.
- Combine the yoghurt and flour together until you have a dough.
- Knead the dough a little for the mixture to fully combine.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out your dough into a rough circle.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread the Belazu Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto onto the base of the pizza.
- Tear or slice the mozzarella, and place on top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes and dried basil, and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 250°C
