Following traditional preserving techniques for a zesty and velvety Primofiore lemon paste with a salty finish. The Primofiore lemon is from Murcia in Spain and is known for its thick and juicy, acidic centre. Made into a paste with a creamy, almost curd-like texture, it has big, bright and bold lemon flavours, without the sharp acidity of fresh lemon.

 

Usages:

Mix into yoghurt as a dip

As a vegan spread on a sandwich

Drizzle over fish

Use as a marinade 

add to recipes for a zesty freshness
