Vegan Basil Pesto
A vegan take on our classic Genovese pesto, delivering on both flavour and convenience, even without the cheese. Not just a dairy free pesto, but also soya, nut and wheat free pesto.
Our new plant-based pesto can be used just as you would our Traditional Genovese Pesto, scroll down for some recipe ideas.
Inspiration on how to use:
1. Fold through orzo pasta with red onions, griddled asparagus and broad beans.
2. Take your pizza to the next level by drizzling with pesto for a fresh basil kick.
3. Bake into focaccia with sun-dried tomatoes and borretane balsamic onions.
4. Coat a cauliflower with Verdemanda Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pine nuts and pesto, and roast until golden.
5. Slather on the outside of a sandwich and griddle until toasted.
