400 g yoghurt (Yeo valley is good)

20 g parmesan cheese

600 g lamb mince

25 g dill 

25 g of parsley

15 g of fresh mint leaves

75 g Rose (or Apricot) Harissa

10 g vegetable oil 

60 g of butter

60 g pine nuts

5 g of lemon juice 

1 glove of garlic

20  g of salt
