Next week we’ll be joined by a number of the UK’s most talked about chefs and food influencers as they take the helm on our stand (#SO36) at Taste of London, Regent’s Park (13-17 June) to demonstrate recipes using their favourite Belazu ingredients.

Our Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired ingredients are frequently used in the chef’s kitchens, restaurants and supper clubs and, next week they’ll each be cooking one demo during the four-day event, approximate times listed below:

Wednesday 13 June:

There will also be opportunities to take part in chef Q&As during the sessions and join in on masterclasses led by our ingredient specialist, Robert Curbishley (Bob). Tastings will include our newly launched fresh leaf oils (Fresh Leaf Parsley, Fresh Leaf Basil and Fig Leaf) and balsamic vinegars.

We’ll be selling tapas including a range of our olives and house-roasted nuts, as well as Spanish Cava, red and white wine all produced at the same farm where we source the majority of our olive oil and, Five Points Pale Ale and Larger will be on sale paying tribute to Belazu’s heritage having been established in Hackney in 1991.

Our range of culinary pastes, oils, balsamic vinegars, fresh olives and pestos will all be available to buy along with our summer hamper which features 11 Great Taste award-winning products – just in time for National Picnic Week.
