We’re pleased to announce we’ll be hosting four fabulous guest chefs during the Taste of London Festival at Tobacco Dock from Thurs 16 – Sun 19 Nov.

Showcasing the best of London’s restaurant scene, Blanchette’s Head chef Tam Storrar; Durga Misra, Chef-patron at Bistro Vadouvan; Henry Russell from Moro; and Flavour Bastard’s Chef-patron Pratap Chahal, will each be headlining one of the four-days, cooking a selection of dishes inspired by Belazu ingredients.

Don’t miss Pratap’s ‘Bergamot and rosemary cured salmon, Litsea Cubeba sour cream and wasabi peas’ on Thursday; Tam’s ‘Classic duck confit with a fusion of north African flavours’ on Friday; Henry’s ‘Black cuttlefish rice with Beldi Preserved Lemons and aioli’ dish on Saturday and; a ‘Slow-cooked cumin braised lamb shoulder with tahini yogurt and yemeni Zhoug’ by Durga on Sunday.

It’s the new restaurant that everyone’s been talking about. Restaurateur Vic Singh has paired up with Pratap Chahal who previously worked at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, Chez Bruce, Cinnamon Club and the Galvin Bistrot; to bring you ‘vibrant flavours from around the world’.

Blanchette is a Parisian-style bistro in Brick Lane that serves family sharing plates of simple, classic and inventive French food with a North African twist.

Saturday 18 November

Exmouth Market’s Moro was established in 1997 and set a benchmark for a fusion between British and Mediterranean cooking. The North African and Spanish dishes are particularly inspired by the abundant flavours of Spain, Morocco and the Sahara.
