It’s not often you get a chance cook with one of the most influential cooks in London.* But for 8 lucky winners and their ‘plus-ones’, the opportunity came in the form of our Sabrina Ghayour Sirroco competition.

The bestselling author of two cookbooks and occasional Masterchef pundit, Sabrina shot to prominence after teaching herself to cook Persian food, then launching a supper club in her flat. On September the 20th and 22nd, she dropped by Belazu Ingredient Company HQ to teach, eat and sip a wine or three with the winners of our joint Facebook competition.
