Traditional Genovese Pesto

When thinking of pesto, the idea of a thick, green paste comes to mind for many. When you open a jar of our Traditional Genovese Pesto, you can see it is less solid because of its purer composition, compared to other green pestos that are thickened with unnatural ingredients, such as potato flakes or bamboo. Our mix of basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, and pine kernels are fused together to create this classic pesto that goes excellently with greens, gnocchi, and salmon, among other dishes.

Rose Harissa Pesto

Mixing our signature Rose Harissa with Mediterranean tomato paste creates an amazingly smooth, red pesto. While the spice of the Rose Harissa is softened by the pesto, at the same time, it enhances the rose flavours.

Truffle & Artichoke Pesto

This blend of black truffle from Piedmont, artichokes from Puglia, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano creates a creamy, luxurious twist on the traditional green pesto. Combining two strong flavours, it creates a flavour that feels such a treat, however often you use it.

Oak-Smoked Paprika & Tomato Pesto

You can be forgiven for thinking that all tomato-based pestos taste the same, but actually there is a whole spectrum of tomato-flavoured pesto. The paprika has been oak-smoked, which brings a deep, and surprisingly smokey flavour to its base. Combined with the sun-dried tomato pesto, it is perfect with meat dishes, and potato-based or vegetarian recipes.
