<p><strong>About this Event</strong></p>
<p>Join our Tahini Cooking Class and cook three recipes alongside our in-house Development Chef Henry Russell, previously Head Chef at Moro Restaurant. Each class will be focusing on a few of our Mediterranean ingredients, and you will cook three recipes alongside Henry. One ticket is suitable for a household of up to four people.</p>

<p>Please note that this is a cook along where we supply the Belazu ingredients for the recipes, but you will need to purchase some fresh items yourself. The details and recipes will be emailed through once tickets are purchased.</p>

<li>2 Lemons</li>
<li>300g Self Raising Flour</li>
<li>1 Tsp Baking Powder</li>
<li>420g Natural Yoghurt</li>
<li>1 Butternut Squash</li>
<li>1 Large Sprig Rosemary</li>
<li>150g kale with stalks, or around 100g destalked / prepper kale (cavolo nero is also fine)</li>
<li>Watercress (approx. 100g)</li>
<li>60g Sesame Seeds</li>
<li>70g Unsalted Butter</li>
<li>48g Icing Sugar</li>
<li>125g Plain Flour</li>

<li>500ml Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 100% Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means).</li>
<li>500g Tahini: <strong>SESAME Seeds</strong> (100%).</li>
<li>160g Zahter In Oil: Sunflower Oil, Zahter (32%), Salt, Grape Vinegar.</li>
<li>Organic Jarred Lentils: Lentils, water, salt, E300 - ascorbic acid</li>
<li>170g Shawarma Paste: Ginger (37%), Tomato Paste, Garlic Puree, Sunflower Oil, Fried Onions (Onions, Sunflower Oil), Turmeric Powder (&lt;5%), Black Pepper Powder, Allspice, Sweet Paprika, Salt, Cinnamon Powder, Chilli (&lt;5%), Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. 250ml</li>
