Shatta Nut Mix
These nut mixes were developed by Ross Gibbens (ex-Dabbou restaurant head chef - our development chef at the time). Ross set about coming up with flavour combinations that were not currently available and which could rival restaurants for inventiveness and quality. The mixes are hand prepared in 35-40kg batches affording us a greater control over final quality of the products. This nut mix is mildly sweet and spicy.
