Smoked paprika and garlic gives robust flavour, reminiscent of chorizo, to giant, crisp-textured Spanish Gordal pitted olives. A fantastic, quirky table olive that also adds great value as a cooking ingredient - use it to bring a depth of authentic Spanish flavour to any one pot dish.
