Spanish olives marinated in chilli, rosemary, grape vinegar and lemon-infused oil. Vacuum packed to help the aromas permeate the flesh of the olives. A bold flavour profile, with the heat of chilli, the zing of lemon and the savoury eucalyptus notes of rosemary.
Gordal are one of the most abundant olives in Spain, as they grow on a particularly high yield tree.
Please note the 400g vacuum packs come as a 'dry mix' (i.e. without brine) and need to be consumed within two weeks of ordering.
