Originally brought to Peru by the Conquistadors in the 16th century, these olives are grown in the high Andes at altitudes above 500 metres and are also referred to as Alfonso olives. They are brine cured and are therefore particularly soft when processed with a particularly winey/plummy flavour that makes it very distinct. In conjunction with the sweet red peppers and the aromatic herbs, the Peruvian olives make for quite a mix.

Packed in: Water, Sunflower Oil.

Keep refrigerated, once opened, keep refrigerated under brine and consume within two weeks.
