Dense, tangy and rich from the char-grilled red peppers with sweetness that come from dried apricots and white balsamic. Similar in flavour to a chutney or relish. At Belazu Ingredient Company we work with the charity School Food Matters who promote children's food education and campaign for fresh and sustainable school meals. We devised a project together that asked some of the schools in the neighbourhood, close to our factory to create a product that would fit into Belazu's portfolio of pastes and this is one of the fabulous results.
