All of our Sardinian-sourced dried pasta are made with 100% Italian Durum wheat. Only a handful make pasta like this in Italy these days, using only 100% Italian grown durum wheat, bronze dies to leave the pasta with a rough surface that the sauce can cling to and drying the pasta slowly, over 22 hours, on traditional wooden racks.

Combine Gigli pasta with Rose Harissa Pesto to create a sweet, umami packed sauce with a creamy texture. Papparedelle works perfectly with mushroom, white ragu or meatballs. Black Spaghetto is great with light sauces, such as garlic, fresh herbs and a vibrant olive oil. Mix an match with our range of pestos and cheeses to create your own authentic Italian feast.
