100% organic single estate extra virgin olive oil from Catalonia, Spain. It is a complex finishing and dipping oil, where fresh grassy flavours are balanced with a delicate sweetness and a creamy, peppery finish.
Produced by our long term olive oil partner, Eduard, from carefully selected Arbequina olives grown on his family's farm. Eduard is the third generation of Pons men to head up the family business, which started in 1945. His attention to detail is incredible; in the production season, he tastes seventy oils a day. He can pick out PH levels and varietals, and even how long the oil has been in the bottle – all while wearing a blindfold.
