This white Italian cheese is made in the Campania region of Southern Italy from buffalo's cow milk, making it extra soft, fresh and creamy, with a delicate aroma. This is a PDO cheese produced using traditional methods to stretch the cheese curds.

 Usages:

  • This cheese makes a classic combination with tomatoes and basil, but also try with roasted beetroot or peppers, and plenty of olive oil
  • Use with aubergines and tomatoes to make the best ever comfort food dish, aubergine parmigiana
