
Gaziello Mosto Naturale
Unfiltered, single varietal, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Liguria, the Italian Rivera. An elegant oil with a slightly fruity flavour and a smooth finish, characterised by having no pepperiness on the back of the throat. It is made by our long-term Italian olive oil partners, Giorgio Gaziello and his son Marco, using hand-harvested Taggiasca olives.
Usages:
- Use it for dressing dishes such as salads, carpaccio and grilled vegetables
Our co-founder George first tasted this oil in 1993 in Nice. He was so impressed by its flavour, he made the rest of the trip a quest to meet its maker, so he could start importing it - and 23 years later, he still is.
