A Turkish inspired paste with tomatoes, peppers, onion and pomegranate molasses.
The fresh, rich and juicy combination of tomatoes, peppers and onion are invigorated by the addition of tangy pomegranate molasses and a touch of chilli heat, whilst mint and parsley add freshness. Use as a dip or spread onto grilled bread, topped with feta cheese. Can also be used as a finishing or cooking paste to add richness and acidity. Alternatively mix with bulgur wheat for a Turkish style salad and as a base for a pilaf.
