This gourmet forest mushroom mix is a combination of slippery Jack, cloud ear, Oyster, Shiitake, Grey Agarics & Honey Mushrooms, dried to perfection and ready to re-hydrate and add to your favourite dish.


  • Marinate with vinegar, herbs, garlic and oil, leave in the fridge for a day then use on a variety of dishes, such as salads, sandwiches or pizzas
  • Chop up and add to any vegetarian or vegan burger mix to add depth and savoury flavour, or equally try with a meat based burger too. 
  • Chop up and combine with breadcrumbs and herbs for a fantastic stuffing for roast chicken.
  • Cook down with fresh mushrooms before layering into a meat based or vegetarian lasagne.
