Dried Forest Mushrooms
- Marinate with vinegar, herbs, garlic and oil, leave in the fridge for a day then use on a variety of dishes, such as salads, sandwiches or pizzas
- Chop up and add to any vegetarian or vegan burger mix to add depth and savoury flavour, or equally try with a meat based burger too.
- Chop up and combine with breadcrumbs and herbs for a fantastic stuffing for roast chicken.
- Cook down with fresh mushrooms before layering into a meat based or vegetarian lasagne.
