Finest grade cornichons, grown in Spain. Sitting somewhere between sweet and acidic, cornichons have a delicate flavour all on their own. The crunch also offers a textural difference that enhances both foods. A traditional accompaniment for pâtés, terrines and steak tartare, they pop up in many classic French sauces too.

We have had cornichons in our range for 25 years. They were part of our original list, compiled way back in 1991.

Please note the 400g vacuum packs come as a 'dry mix' (i.e. without brine) and need to be consumed within two weeks of ordering.
