Large, bright purple Peruvian olives, grown high in the Andes at altitudes above 500 metres. Ample juicy flesh, that is soft and yields to the bite, with a complex vinous flavour and a long finish. Winner of a Great Taste star from the Guild of Fine Foods in 2014.
