Black truffle salsa with a blend of truffles, mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil.
Truffles cannot be farmed, only foraged from the wild. They grow amongst the roots of trees like oak, pine and hazel with each tree imparting a different flavour into the truffle.
Usages:
- Stir into pastas, risottos, sauces
- Include with pâtés for bold umami-rich flavour
