Black Olive Paste

A rich paste with a mellow, olive flavour with liquorice and aniseed notes. Made from Moroccan Douce olives - the only truly black olives - which are dry-cured in sea salt giving them an intense flavour, and savoury feel without being overwhelmingly salty. The Guild of Fine Foods will back us up on this, as they awarded our Black Olive Paste a Great Taste Star in 2014.
