Black Herbes de Provence Olives

The only true black, naturally ripened olive available. These Douce olives are dry cured in sea salt and have been sourced from the same family-run farm just outside Marrakesh since 1995. These Olives purport a peppery, slightly salty and unique flavour, in a simple mix that has its origins in the Arles market run by Monsieur Soler where George and Adam first got their olives.
