Plump, naturally ripened, black olives from Marrakech in Morocco. Dry-cured in sea salt, they have a meaty texture and a rich umami saltiness, with notes of liquorice and aniseed on the finish. Excellent with pizza and pasta or as a wonderful tapenade.

Our black Douce olives come from a family-run farm just outside Marrakech. We have been buying them from the same farmer since 1995.
