A traditional French vinegar, made in Banyuls-Sur-Mer, France from the region’s characteristic Banyuls dessert wine. The vinegar is aged for four years in oak barrels, exposed to the sun and rain, then finished in smaller oak barrels for one more year.

Usages:

  • Drizzle over salads
  • Use as a marinade
  • Use for pickling
