6 slices of ciabatta or other italian-style bread, or 8-10 slices baguette
100g soft, mild, creamy goat’s cheese
100g hulled strawberries
1 ½ tablespoons of Balsamic Pearls
Toast the bread either in the toaster for larger slices or under the grill for the smaller pieces until lightly golden.
Spread generously with goat’s cheese and top with strawberries. Spoon over the balsamic pearls and drizzle over some of the balsamic vinegar from the jar. Serve straight away.
