Ingredients

2 x 440g tins of butterbeans

200g tahini

juice of 1 lemon

1 large garlic clove, crushed

150ml Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1tbsp Rose Harissa

Drain the butter beans, retaining about 1/3 of the liquid and add to a saucepan

Put on a low heat and gently warm through. Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic and a large pinch of salt

Puree using a hand blender and gradually pour in the Early Harvest Olive Oil. Once smooth stir in the Rose Harissa.

Chill and serve at room temperature
