Ross Gibbens shows us a quick, easy recipe for making tasty Middle Eastern style flatbread with only four ingredients. Perfect for dipping in olive oil, balsamic or Ross’ own butterbean hummus.

200g self-raising flour

180g natural yoghurt

15g rose harissa

pinch sea salt

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix

When it has just come together empty on to a floured surface and carry on kneading until you have a smooth dough

Roll the dough into the same shape as the non stick pan you are using.

Put the pan on a medium heat and cook the flatbread until golden brown on both sides
