Adding White Condimento di Modena and fresh chilli adds layers of delicious complexity to the smooth and creamy goat cheese – and the crunchy

Excellent quick lunch or anytime snack – and so quick & easy to prepare.

 

Ingredients

2 tbsp White Condimento of Modena

125g soft goats’ cheese (without a rind)

1 small hot red chili, finely chopped without the seeds

Small loaf of bread, walnut works well

Using a fork, mix the goats’ cheese with the White Condimento and red chilli until creamy

Toast slices of the bread of your choice

Spread the goats’ cheese mixture on the toast and serve.
