Cucumber and Urfa chilli sandwiches

These are so easy, yet full of flavour. The urfa really compliments the cucumbers if you are feeling fancy, use some salted butter too!

Ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber (or 6 baby ones)
  • 6 slices of white bread
  • 3 tbsp Urfa Chilli Paste
  • Salt and pepper
Method
  • Step 0: Using a peeler, slice the cucumber into ribbons, leaving the middle with all the seeds behind if there are lots of them.
  • Step 1: Take the bread and spread around ½ tbsp Urfa Chilli on each one.
  • Step 2: Lay the cucumber ribbons onto 3 of the slices of bread and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3: Place the other slice of bread on top and cut into triangles or rectangles and ENJOY.
