Preheat oven to 210°C with convection fan

Cut hispi through core’s axis into 6 pieces

Grill or sear hispi pieces on a hot griddle or barbeque until dark in colour

Take charred hispi off and coat in Super Green Pesto

Place pesto seasoned hispi on a hot tray and bake in oven for 3 minutes

Take out of oven and serve
