150g White beetroot
150g Golden beetroot
150g Candy beetroot
150g Cheltenham beetroot
1 jar Zahter
Pre-heat the oven to 170C.
Place a piece of tin foil approximately 40cm in length flat on your work surface.
Place beetroot on the foil and dress with sprigs of Zahter.
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of water.
Create a sealed envelope with the foil.
Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven but leave enclosed in the foil for a further 10 minutes.
