1.34 Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Kir Royale
The perfect cocktail to sip while the rest of your Christmas Day feast cooks, Kir Royales traditionally only have two ingredients. We have added our 1.34 Balsamic Vinegar of Modena as a third. With it's thick, sweet yet sharp flavour it makes a welcome addition to champagne or prosecco, countered by the sweetness of the raspberry liqueur.
4tbsp Chammbord or raspberry liqueur
1 bottle of Champagne or Prosecco (chilled)
4 Champagne Flutes
- Measure 1 tbsp of raspberry liquer into each champagne flute.
- Top each glass with champagne or prosecco.
- Add a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to each galss, taste and add more if desired.
