Antipasto literally translates to ‘before the meal’. An antipasti board usually consists of a simple assortment of meats, cheeses and vegetables. Although, the concept of an antipasti board is that it is hugely versatile and you can be selective with your ingredients, we thought we’d give you some inspiration using our finest Mediterranean ingredients.

Ingredients

A loaf of bread, we recommend Focaccia or Ciabatta
60g Belazu Cornichons
200g Belazu Chargrilled Artichoke Quarters
300g Belazu Semi Dried Tomatoes in Oil
200g Pitted Olympia Olives
90g Parma Ham
250g Cabrales Blue Cheese (or a variant)
2 tbsp Belazu Verdemanda Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

Method

Cut the loaf of bread into slices and toast them. Place the toast onto a plate.

Assemble the antipasti ingredients on a wooden board or large plate.

Finish off with a drizzle of olive oil.

Serve.
