200g Feta cheese
200g Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of Zhoug
2 tbsp of olive oil
Break your feta into a small mixing bowl. add half of your yoghurt and continue to break down using a fork. Once the feta is as small as you can get it add the remaining yoghurt and tablespoon of water. whisk again using a fork or a whisk until creamy (dont worry too much about any small lumps)
In a separate bowl or ramekin mix together your Zhoug and olive oil and either fold the feta before transferring to a serving bowl or transfer feta to a serving bowl first and spoon over the top in a swirl like fashion
Enjoy your freshly chopped raw vegetables such as radishes and carrots or scoop up some toasted pitta or flat breads.
