Spanish single-varietal wine vinegar, made in Catalonia from locally grown Chardonnay grapes. The vinegar is aged in French oak casks with added cooked grape must to take the sting out of the acidity and round off the flavour.

It’s a real departure from the generic white vinegar, just try in a vinegarette to see the difference. Or why not use it to enhance your fish and seafood dishes?
