Wild Mushroom Pesto

Earthy wild mushrooms with a rich and creamy mascarpone, for an easy way to add luxury to homecooking. Our new vegetarian Wild mushroom Pesto is incredibly versatile, adding richness to any dish.

 

Usages:

  • Add to a bruschetta with walnuts and rocket

  • Stir into risotto sprinkled with parmesan

  • Use as a filling for an omelette

Vegan Basil Pesto 

A vegan take on our classic Genovese pesto, delivering on both flavour and convenience, even without the cheese. Not just a dairy free pesto, this is also soya, nut and wheat free pesto.

 

Usages:

  • Fold through orzo pasta with red onions, griddled asparagus and broad beans. 

  • Take your pizza to the next level by drizzling with pesto for a fresh basil kick.

  • Bake into focaccia with sun-dried tomatoes and borretane balsamic onions.

Tomato & Sage Pesto 

Based on Sardinian flavour combinations, this is a nut free, warm, sweet blend of semi-dried tomatoes, pecorino and sage. The flavours work well straight from the jar, as well as  with winter vegetables, beans and soups.

Usages:

  • Add to a risotto 

  • Swirl through a soup

  • Serve alongside chicken, pork, or veal escalopes

 

Pea & Mint Pesto

Our new versitile vegan Pea and Mint Pesto has a light fresh flavour from the mint carefully balanced with natral sweetness from the peas, with a herb aroma from fresh basil paste.


Usages: 

  • As a topping for fresh mozzerella, serve with grilled bread

  • As a condiment for grilled lamb, fish or asparagus

  • As a topping for a ricotta tart or pizza

Saffron & Piquillo

Pepper Pesto

Warm, tangy blend of sweet Piquillo peppers and hints of saffron, flavours that are synonymous with Southern Spain and a hint of cumin to bring in North African flavours.

 

Usages:

  • Simply use as a dip

  • Use to season lamb kebabs

  • Serve as a condiment alongsode roast chicken and roast potatoes
