Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free in the UK if you spend over £25 and your delivery is on a weekday. Deliveries on a Saturday are reduced to £4 if you spend over £25. Our delivery cost is £5.99 for orders smaller than that £25 or £9.99 on Saturdays.
For delivery outside the UK please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call+44 (0) 20 8838 1912 with the details of your order and address and we will be able to send you an accurate quotation within 3 working days.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Due to complexity of delivering fresh produce and complexity of delivery pricing via third parties we are unable to have a standardised quote and availability for deliveries outside the UK. However we pride ourselves in customer service so if you wish to purchase produce for delivery outside the UK please contact us on email@example.com or call 020 8838 1912 with the details of your order and address and we will endeavour to find a value for money and a timely solution .
When will my product arrive?
When you place your order you can select a delivery date. This will be 2 working days after you place your order as long as you order before 1pm. Because many order have fresh produce we regret we are unable to deliver on Mondays as this would break the chill chain of products over the weekend.
Do you deliver weekends or Bank holidays?
No sorry, we’re closed on weekends and bank holidays. We deliver Tuesdays-Saturday.
How do I change my delivery address or date?
If you need to change your delivery address or date please email us firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get this changed. Please note that once your delivery is dispatched (12pm the day before your delivery is due) we will be unable to amend your order.
Can items on the same order be delivered to different places?
Unfortunately we can’t do that yet. You’ll have to create different orders for each address you want to send to.
How should I store my olive oil?
We don’t recommend you store it next to your cooker! As Eduard, our long term olive oil partner says, “Would you keep your wine next to the stove?” We’d recommend you keep it in a cool dark place as olive oil is sensitive to light.
Do olives count towards your five-a-day?
Yes. Sixteen olives counts as a one of your five-a-day
Are all of your products vegetarian?
Where possible we endeavour to be vegetarian. However in certain cases where we use cheese there is rennet in the cheese which is not suitable for vegetarians. We recommend you always read the ingredients before you buy. Where a product is not suitable for vegetarians you will find this in the CARE & PACKAGING information on the product page.
Which olives and antipasti come in 400g bags?
You can find the full range of products that come in 400g pack sizes here. Please note that these arrive in vacuum packed bags which need to be kept refrigerated. Their best before is 2 weeks after the point they are dispatched.
I tried a great product at one of your events/tastings and I cannot find it online?
We endeavor to have as many of our products available for you to purchase online. However in some cases we may not be able to sell something in the same way as we do at events. We welcome your feedback though so don’t hesitate to email@example.com
Where do you get your ingredients from?
Most of our ingredients come from the Mediterranean basin, but the odd ingredient comes from further afield like Peru.
