The moment when friends and family arrive at your door to begin Christmas celebrations is always a special one, full of hugs and toasts and festive joy. Having the perfect canapé to nibble on is an excellent way to begin the celebrations and we have an array of Spanish-themed starters and warming canapés to kickstart the merriment.

Whether your tradition is to have the same choice of meat every year, or you like to mix it up from time to time, we have a range of recipes that will add a festive twist to the main event, such as our Roast Cauliflower and Suckling Pig. Our recipes are easy to modify to suit a variety of flavour profiles, such as swapping out the talbot for any fish or even changing the dish to suit any dietary requirement. Our wide selection of ingredients can be put to use to create the perfect sticky glaze, an excellent sauce for basting, or to be drizzled at the last minute.
