Placing your order
You can shop on line in one of two ways:
Multiple orders
If you wish to send orders to more than one address please place a separate order for each address. Each order will incur a separate delivery charge.
Availability
Many of our suppliers are small producers from throughout the Mediterranean and popular products may occasionally go out of stock. This should be indicated before you buy, on the product page and on the Quick Shop page. If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed as to the anticipated date of delivery.
Free offers
Should you receive a free promotional offer code, this must be included in the space provided in your shopping basket page. A mistyped or invalid code will be refused, so please make sure you type in the correct code to avoid disappointment. All offers are subject to availability. Offers apply to UK mainland residents only and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer of promotion. No cash alternatives. Only one offer per order.
Delivery Destinations
We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Isles, the USA or any other destinations outside of the UK.
Postage charges
There is a standard price of £6.75 for each delivery to mainland UK destinations.*
*Prices vary for the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for a quote.
We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside of the UK.
Please expect your order within 7 working days for all in stock products. We cannot guarantee delivery on a special date.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number or from persons whose own address contains a PO Box Number.
Daytime delivery
Our normal delivery times are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours, please specifiy an alternative delivery address, (ie work, a relative, neighbour etc) separate to your payment address.
Damaged goods
We will replace or refund the price of goods damaged in transit, provided that you notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please check your goods as you receive them and keep the damaged goods for inspection.
Payment
All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you give us are correct.
We require you to supply the registered address of the Credit Card holder, which is used to validate your order with your selected credit card company.
Prices
All prices are in UK pounds sterling and may include VAT at the standard rate, currently 17.5% where applicable.
