What makes them so special?
We work with traditional production methods and recipes inspired by the market stalls of Provence, along with the finest ingredients sourced from authentic regional suppliers. In fact, whatever the time of year, they are guaranteed to provide a sensational burst of the sun-drenched flavours of the Mediterranean.
Sourced through our catering arm, these olives are supplied to the majority of Michelin star restaurants and the finest delicatessens in the UK.
Our olives have no artificial flavourings or ingredients and the range comes conveniently packed in 400g vacuum sealed bags to keep them fresh. They will last for up to 28 days unopened. After opening we recommend that you decant any left over olives (as if !….) into a covered container and keep refrigerated, also ensure that the olives have a coating of oil from the mix, to prevent them drying out.
