Antipasti

Although the word "Antipasti" comes from the Italian, meaning "before pasta," we think that our range of sun-dried Italian vegetables are so delicious that you’ll want to eat them with pasta, after pasta and even without pasta!

Sourced from Puglia, in Southern Italy, our authentic antipasti have been left to dry in the sun to intensify their flavours and preserve them for use at a later stage. They make for perfect side dishes to accompany drinks or as starter salads in the Summer, but their versatility stretches much further than that.

Use them as pizza toppings, add them to sauces or in frittatas – always keep a few jars handy as store cupboard essentials to make a tasty lunch or a swift supper.
And don’t throw away the olive oil or sunflower oil marinades from the jar once you’ve eaten the vegetables. These can be used for dressings or even in cooking as a flavoured oil.
