This antipasto mix is very unusual but absolutely delicious! This mix of green and red pepper quarters have been sun dried in the same way as our tomatoes (still plump, not leathery) and come in a surprisingly tangy olive oil marinade. Like our Belazu Balsamic onions, you’ll be hooked once you've tried them!
These really are ideal for antipasti – just open the jar and serve. But if you're making a pizza with spicy salami and black olives, you could do a lot worse than to chop a few of these and scatter them over top. Delicious.
